The great blessing of god which we human beings received is health It is a resource of everyday life and a positive concept emphasizing physical capabilities. To maintain good health, disciplined life, and healthy living is very important because it is a matter of great concern.

It is always said, “early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

Staying healthy for everyone is vital for the proper growth and development of the mind and body. To stay healthy, we should always get up early morning and go for a morning walk, do some exercises also. Everyone should have a proper nutritious balanced diet to make their body healthy and fit.

To get healthy people should follow a healthy lifestyle. Most of the people join gyms, yoga classes, and aerobic to maintain their health people who do not concerned about their health may suffer a range of health problems such as blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, kidney problem, and so many others people who have the unhealthy body get tired very soon. It also leads to low confidence and motivation.

To get a healthy and disease-free body, cleanliness is very important. We should keep our body clean to remain healthy. We should also keep our house and surroundings clean as well. It reduces the risk of communicable diseases. It is the responsibility of people to inculcate healthy habits.

A healthy and balanced diet provides food in the right amount and combination that are safe and free from a disease we all are familiar with this quote “Prevention is better than cure” if we eat healthily then we will stay healthy. Dietary habits are proved as gems for our bodies. Drinking plenty of water is also a good way to keep our body healthy because it reduces the risk of infection. Keeps our skin healthy, reduces the risk of heart attack, and regulates our body temperature also.

Social Health & cognitive health are equally important for a person. A human can maintain their social health when then communicate with others effectively. When a person meets other or attends a social gathering, he or she will have good social health. Even, Our cognitive health refers to performing well mental processes by play brain games like chess, puzzle, etc. and eat healthy food.

We must laugh because laughing is good therapy and a secret of good health. Any habit which is bad like drinking alcohol, smoking lead to poor health and it should be avoided.

A healthy person can earn lots of money, however; an unhealthy person can’t because of a lack of motivation and health. Money is the source of a healthy life, however; good health is the source to live a happy and peaceful life. So, good health matters a lot, more than money. We all should maintain our health to be wealthy in real means.
